After inheriting a 1946 Ford from a father and grandfather with haunted pasts, two friends travel back to the car’s year of manufacture unexpectedly when it is driven beyond a certain speed. Along the way, they confront past grief and unplanned romance, discovering that healing the past might be the key to a better future. “The Collectors” is about trying to save others, serve, love, lose, and the transformative power of second chances.
